A 50% deposit is required to book, plus a refundable R500 against damage. The balance is due in full 12 hours before delivery. Payment by debit order or EFT only — no cash.
Delivery and collection are handled by us. Pricing includes delivery and collection within 40km; beyond that, R8.90 per additional kilometre applies.
Equipment remains the property of Restore Commercial Refrigeration until fully paid. The customer carries comprehensive insurance and is liable for loss or damage from the time of delivery.
If equipment is delivered to a site the customer rents, the customer must advise their landlord that the equipment belongs to us and isn't subject to any landlord's hypothec.
Report any breakdown to us directly. Minor faults not caused by negligence are serviced at our expense; faults caused by negligence are charged to the customer.
Every agreement must be completed with a valid ID or driver's licence, along with the customer's FICA documents and contact details.
